Tom Kelly - Councillor for Little Thurrock Rectory | Reform Watch

Tom Kelly is a councillor on Thurrock Council representing Little Thurrock Rectory. First elected in 2011, he has won four consecutive elections in the ward. He initially stood as a Liberal Democrat in 2008 before switching to the Conservatives. He served as chair of the council's planning committee for several years. He defected to Reform UK in March 2026 at a rally at the Circus Tavern in Purfleet, announced on stage by Nigel Farage.
