Jeff Bray, a Reform UK candidate who previously stood for UKIP, publicly declared that "not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslim". The statement is factually false and applies collective guilt for terrorism to every follower of Islam worldwide, a formulation long identified as core Islamophobic rhetoric.
