Graham Simpson - MSP for Central Scotland | Reform Watch

Graham Simpson has been serving as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Central Scotland region since 2016. Initially a member of the Scottish Conservatives, he held the position of Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity from 2020 to 2021 before defecting to Reform UK in August 2025. Simpson previously served as a councillor in South Lanarkshire Council from 2007 to 2017 and has held various roles within Parliament, including Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Housing, Communities and Social Security.
