Helen Butler - Councillor for Shepshed division, Leicestershire County Council | Reform Watch

Elected for the Shepshed division of Leicestershire County Council on 1 May 2025 with 1,859 votes (44.9%), ahead of the Conservative candidate on 1,054 (25.4%), Labour on 742 (17.9%), the Liberal Democrats on 276 (6.7%) and the Green Party on 211 (5.1%). She served as Cabinet Member for Finances and Resources in the Reform-led minority administration until stepping down from that role in October 2025, and resigned her seat entirely in August 2026. Her term had been due to run to May 2029.
