Location: Polling Station
It is claimed that during the Kent County Council local elections on Thursday 1 May, Dean Burns parked a vehicle opposite a polling station while displaying Reform Party rosettes and election posters on the vehicle. Questions were raised that the display of campaigning material so close to a polling station may have breached electoral law. It was also claimed that the vehicle was parked in a designated no-parking zone belonging to a local business. Local concern followed these events during the polling period.
