David Kirkwood - MSP for South Scotland (Region) | Reform Watch

David Kirkwood has been a Reform UK Member of the Scottish Parliament for South Scotland since May 2026. He previously stood for Reform UK in Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale at the 2024 general election and contested Dumfriesshire at the 2026 Holyrood election before entering Parliament through the regional list. He is a director of Cairndale Ltd, a Moffat-based label and ribbon printing company, where his declared work includes occasional graphic design. At Holyrood he sits on the Public Audit Committee and serves as Reform UK’s shadow minister for innovation, technology and tertiary education.
