Nick Tenconi - Leader of UKIP | Reform Watch

Nick Tenconi is a British political activist and former personal trainer who has led the UK Independence Party since February 2025, after serving as interim leader from June 2024. He is also chief operating officer of the right-wing pressure group Turning Point UK. Before entering politics, Tenconi worked in sales and later ran a personal training business. He rose to prominence through Turning Point UK, where he became closely associated with its street campaigning and culture-war activism. Within UKIP he was elected deputy leader in 2024, quickly moving into the leadership after internal upheaval. His tenure has been marked by an emphasis on Christian identity politics and hardline positions on immigration and social issues.
